Information We Collect

All Clean Solutions is operated by J Veal LLC. We collect information that customers and authorized business users provide through our website, ACS Control mobile app, phone, email, SMS, and service workflows.

This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, service and billing addresses, account and device identifiers, service requests, inspections, schedules, job notes, quotes, invoices, payment status, customer messages, call recordings and transcripts, photos and files, service reports, forms, AI conversations, and app activity or audit records.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users; match records to the correct company; prepare quotes; schedule, perform, document, and follow up on services; communicate with customers; create invoices and receipts; support payments and accounting; protect the platform; maintain audit history; and provide company-grounded AI assistance and operational recommendations.

ACS Control Mobile App

ACS Control is available only to authorized company users. Mobile app records are linked to the signed-in account and its company tenant. The app uses camera, Photos, and Files access only after the user selects or captures job evidence. Push notifications use limited operational copy and are not used for advertising.

Optional job-arrival reminders compare the device's location with scheduled job locations on the device. The current arrival-reminder feature does not transmit or store the device's location on All Clean Solutions servers and does not automatically start or complete a job.

Payments and Financial Records

We retain business records such as quotes, invoice amounts, payment status, receipts, and related accounting information. Payment-card details entered on Stripe-hosted payment screens are handled by Stripe and are not made available to or stored by All Clean Solutions.

AI-Assisted Features

When an authorized user uses an AI-assisted feature, relevant company records, instructions, and conversation content may be sent to approved artificial-intelligence service providers to generate drafts, summaries, classifications, or recommendations. AI output can be incorrect and remains subject to the app's permissions, approval controls, and audit history. We do not use this information for third-party advertising.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions, such as pages viewed and clicks on call or text links. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect device, browser, approximate location, and usage information. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or customer-entered form details through these website analytics events.

Website Assistant and Saved Conversations

If you use the All Clean Solutions website assistant, we process the messages and service-request details you choose to provide so the assistant can answer questions and help prepare a quote request. The assistant uses secure, first-party browser cookies and server-side storage to keep an unfinished conversation available on the same browser for up to 30 days. Saved details are not stored in your browser's local storage.

Conversation content may be processed by our website hosting and artificial-intelligence service providers. A quote request is delivered to the All Clean Solutions service-request system only after you review the collected details and explicitly confirm submission. You can use the assistant's Start over or Forget saved chat controls to clear the active saved conversation from that browser.

SMS Messaging Privacy

SMS Communications: When you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from All Clean Solutions, we may send messages related to quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, technician arrival updates, invoices, payment reminders, review requests, and customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is used only for communication related to All Clean Solutions services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 701-587-1158.

Data Sharing

We share data only as needed with providers that operate our hosting and database, authentication, file storage, telephony and messaging, email, CRM and field-service management, accounting, payment, analytics, workflow, and artificial-intelligence services; with professional advisers; or when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or a valid legal process. We do not sell personal information or share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.

Security and Tenant Separation

We use authentication, role and tenant permissions, encrypted network connections, protected credential storage, audit controls, and provider security features to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and authorized users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.

Retention

We retain operational records while an account or customer relationship is active and as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and audit records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet tax, accounting, insurance, safety, and other legal obligations. Some information may remain in access-controlled backups or legally required records after an account-deletion request. Website-assistant drafts follow the separate 30-day period described above.

Your Privacy Choices

Authorized ACS Control users can initiate an account-deletion request from inside the app. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete information by contacting info@acsbismarck.com. We verify the requester and review legal, security, billing, and record-retention requirements before completing a request. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP and can manage mobile permissions in iOS Settings.

Children

Our business services and ACS Control are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly create app accounts for children.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
