We identify the rooms, items, and reachable areas requested for the deep-cleaning scope and review priorities before work begins.
Top-to-bottom sequence
Where practical, cleaning works from higher surfaces toward the floor so loosened dust and debris can be collected later in the process.
Detail work
The surfaces included in the quoted scope are scrubbed, wiped, or treated with a method appropriate for the material and condition.
Floor finishing
Floors are the last step: swept, scrubbed, mopped, or buffed depending on surface type.
Final walkthrough
When the customer is available, we offer a final walkthrough to review the completed scope and any limitations noted during service.
