What's included
Why it matters
Vacuuming removes dry soil but does not replace periodic extraction. Cleaning frequency depends on traffic, soil, spills, property type, and the carpet manufacturer's guidance; high-traffic areas may need attention sooner than lightly used rooms.
Our process
Pre-inspection
We identify stain types, high-traffic zones, and any areas requiring special treatment.
Pre-treatment
A pre-conditioner selected for the carpet, soil, and requested scope is applied before extraction.
Hot-water extraction
Our truck-mounted or portable extraction equipment injects hot water and immediately recovers it along with dissolved soils.
Spot treatment
Stubborn stains receive targeted treatment with specialized spotting agents.
Grooming and drying
We groom the carpet and perform dry passes. Typical drying is about 2-4 hours, but fiber, temperature, humidity, airflow, and soil level can extend it; air movers can be requested when practical.
Frequently asked questions
Do you clean residential and commercial carpet in Bismarck and Mandan?
Yes. We accept requests for homes, apartments, rental turnovers, offices, churches, restaurants, hotels, daycares, medical offices, stores, and other suitable properties in the Bismarck-Mandan area. The quote is based on the rooms, access, carpet condition, and requested treatments.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Typical drying is about 2-4 hours, but carpet fiber, temperature, humidity, airflow, soil level, and the number of cleaning passes can extend it. Run air conditioning or fans when appropriate and stay off the carpet until it is fully dry when practical.
Can you clean carpets after hours?
Evening and weekend requests are accepted. The exact appointment depends on crew availability, access, travel, and the service scope.
Do you move furniture?
Light, practical items may be moved when requested, and an additional charge can apply. We do not move heavy furniture or items loaded with belongings. Customers can also choose cleaning around furniture.
