For a Washburn appointment, preparation starts before the crew arrives: pre-vacuum when possible, remove small items, identify stains, and decide whether the carpet should be cleaned around furniture or after practical pieces are cleared. We then pre-spray, agitate, extract, rinse, make dry passes, and groom the carpet.
Travel and any minimum job size are discussed with the estimate. Requests are accepted at any time, and the available appointment is confirmed with the quote.
