Yes, we offer water containment
All Clean Solutions has water-containment capability for gas station pressure washing. Containment is part of the job discussion, not an afterthought once cleaning starts. We review where water travels, the work-area boundaries and nearby drains before confirming the approach.
The exact setup and handling arrangements depend on the property and the material being cleaned. Let us know about your facility's wastewater requirements and any restricted areas during the estimate. We confirm those job-specific details before work rather than promising one identical setup for every station.
Make the appointment work for your staff
A useful cleaning plan starts with the manager's day: when deliveries arrive, where customers queue, which entrances must remain accessible and who can close a section if needed. Share those details with your request so the estimate accounts for the actual operation.
Ask about a lower-traffic or after-hours appointment. The service window is confirmed with you based on the scope, crew schedule, weather and access. We do not promise that all pumps or entrances can remain open throughout the work.
Different surfaces need different decisions
Concrete, painted columns, canopy finishes and storefront materials should not automatically receive the same treatment. We inspect condition and identify delicate finishes, signs, openings and equipment that must be protected or excluded. Canopy and exterior work are included only when the surface and access fit the agreed cleaning method.
Fuel dispensers are not treated as pressure-washable pavement. Point out equipment concerns and facility restrictions before work. Fuel-system repair, electrical work and emergency spill response are outside this cleaning service.
Set realistic expectations for stained concrete
Cleaning can improve surface buildup and the overall presentation of a station, but an old stain may extend below the surface. The estimate considers condition and stain history so you know what improvement is realistic. Cleaning does not repair broken pavement, replace worn coatings or guarantee removal of every mark.
If several areas need attention, identify your priorities first. You can request fuel-area cleaning alone or ask us to include compatible store approaches, exterior sections and a separately scoped dumpster pad. Only the areas listed in your estimate are included.
Plan repeat visits around what the property needs
A manager can ask for a one-time cleanup or discuss recurring service. A useful maintenance interval depends on traffic, observed buildup, the areas being cleaned and the property's own operating standards. We can discuss those needs without requiring the same package for every location.
For more than one station, send each address and a short list of priorities. Each property needs its own scope because access, drainage and surface conditions can differ even under the same brand.
