Wind can refill corners, open approaches, and areas beside buildings even after they were cleared. Vehicle and foot traffic can compress remaining snow into a bonded layer. Continued drifting or packing may require another mechanical pass, scraping, salt, sand, or later follow-up, depending on conditions and the service scope.
Do not judge every event by whether the entire lot is completely bare. Temperature, prior ice, pavement condition, traffic, and continuing weather all affect the visible result. The useful question is whether the areas and methods promised in the quote were addressed and whether changing conditions now require a separate response.

Downspouts, low spots, shaded sections, drains, and the downhill edges of piles can produce new meltwater. As temperatures change, those areas may refreeze after the main snow has been moved.
