A quoted mowing visit can include mowing at the agreed height, string trimming around practical obstacles, edging along listed hard boundaries, and blowing clippings from sidewalks, drives, and other hard surfaces. We review gates, slopes, wet areas, hidden features, growth, and property use before confirming the scope. Shrub trimming, mulch, weed-control work, and major cleanup remain separate unless the estimate includes them.
A Bismarck mowing visit can be booked once or completed as one visit within an approved recurring plan. Rain or wet ground may delay the work to protect service quality and avoid turf or property damage; ACS then reschedules it for the next suitable available time.
