Can work happen outside meal service?

Request a lower-traffic or after-hours window and explain when deliveries, waste collection and staff access occur. We confirm an appointment that fits the work scope, weather and crew availability. No specific overnight or same-day opening is promised here.

Identify the manager who can provide access and discuss any temporary work-zone restrictions. A shared drive-through, neighboring entrance or busy pedestrian route needs coordination before hoses and equipment are placed.

Is this the same as hood or kitchen cleaning?

No. Restaurant pressure washing covers the exterior surfaces listed in the quote. Hood and exhaust cleaning, indoor kitchen degreasing and other janitorial work have different access and preparation needs. You can request those separately, but an exterior appointment does not automatically include them.
